We take a representative sample of practitioners (matching the required geography etc) and invite the respondents to participate in a structured survey. We also survey a KOL group in order to examine the key differences between the ‘elite’ physicians and those at the ‘coal-face’ ! Building brand maps from the resulting data enables us to look at the key differences between the 2 groups. This can underpin any brand strategy. If this is repeated at regular intervals the evolving view can be deduced.
